Perfect College Match

The Real COLLEGE PROGRAM by PCM

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about this amazing program that is being made possible to our existing and future “Foundation Students” by the Raffy Family Foundation. It is truly a one-of-a-kind program that I am very proud to offer. Perfect College Match has been assisting high school students on their college search for many years. Personally, I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of young men and women over the last 12 years. I would like you to join us if this looks like something that could change your future.

It is a very simple goal…help young men and women get into college. Right? Wrong. That should not be the goal and definitely is not ours. We want to assist young men and women “graduate” from college…one where they belong athletically or musically, academically and socially while being financially affordable. The Real College Program by PCM accomplishes this through the use of the “Four Pillars” philosophy. A brief synopsis of this program is:

Pillar 1:    Foundation

We build a solid foundation of success by getting to know our families. By not only discovering what the student can do, but also who they are. Only then can we design a “REAL” college list which will serve as their college search foundation.

Pillar 2:   Marketing

Most marketing is done incorrectly, because of two reasons. First, there is no foundation of colleges where the student belongs and two, by miss interpreting what ‘Marketing’ means. A better term should be ‘Introductions’. We introduce you to faculty on the college campuses who will assist you in admissions and financial aid.

Pillar 3:   Management

Correctly managing your relationships with college officials is essential. But to make this easy, let’s cut to the chase. Management should be called ‘Networking’. We work with our students on how to network with college faculty members who will become their advocates in the admissions and financial aid process.

Pillar 4:   Transition

Graduating college depends on choices you make right at the beginning of your college career. Our one-of-a-kind transition assistance allows the new college student-athlete to hit the ground running.  We can research and design options for freshman year schedules. Design options to maximize majors classes and electives and minimize ‘boring’ core curriculum. Review AP/IB test results and their implications, work on proficiency options and much more.
